Our customers are not receiving any email when the order has been partially refunded.
I can see in Hivepress > Emails, that there is an option for “Order Refunded”, however it’s recepient is a vendor. The suprising thing is, our vendors are also not receiving any email in this context. We checked the flow manually by refunding on WooCommerce, and we did not see any email being sent.
Can you please help us out here?
