Sorry, there’s no such feature at the moment. You can enable recurring billing if you have the WooSubscriptions extension (then vendors can select one-time, monthly, weekly, etc. billing), but the subscription length is not limited automatically, this would require a custom implementation.
We’ll also consider adding this feature (I moved the topic to Feature Requests).
