Personal requests improvements

Hi.

When creating a personal request to a vendor, the form is the same as the public request, and there is no visible indicator that the request is directed at a vendor…

Also, when moderating and aproving it, there is no way to tell that the request is personal either, atleast from what i saw.

Finally, when aproved, in the dashboard under request, the customer cannot tell that it is directed at a vendor.

Can the ux of this be improved?

I would like to know if this is possible now.
Also i found a possible bug. Personal requests are going public.
What could be the reason ?

i found out that if Membership is activated for Requests, this bug happens. Dont know why.
Also is there a way to see all the Personal Requests that a Vendor receives. Email comes, but any place where all of them can be seen.
