I am unable to access the “Plans” sub-tab in the HivePress settings, which prevents me from creating or managing my paid listing plans. This issue occurs even though the “HivePress Paid Listings” extension is installed and active.
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to the WordPress dashboard.
- Click on HivePress in the left-hand menu.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on the Listings tab.
Actual result
The sub-tabs under “Listings” only show “General,” “Categories,” and “Attributes.” The “Plans” sub-tab is completely missing from the menu, making it impossible to access the plan configuration options.
Expected result
I expect to see a “Plans” sub-tab alongside “General,” “Categories,” and “Attributes” under HivePress > Settings > Listings.
Extra details
- I have confirmed that the HivePress Paid Listings extension is installed and active.
- I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the core HivePress plugin and the Paid Listings extension.
- I have checked for JavaScript errors by opening the browser console (
F12), but no errors appear when navigating to the settings page. - I have tried using different browsers and incognito mode, and the tab is still missing.
- I have temporarily switched my theme to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Four), but the issue persists, so it does not appear to be a theme conflict.
This seems to be a conflict with another plugin that prevents the Paid Listings extension from loading the “Plans” tab. I am unsure which plugin it is, as the conflict is not visible in the console.
