Steps to reproduce

  1. A new user attempts to claim a listing or create an account on my listing site oregonfosterhomes.com

Actual result

2. They get a link in their email (im using WP Mail SMT with SendLayer) they click on the link and it takes them to the web site but there is no login or finish of registration. Just the front page. When they try to use their new login it says" Please check your email to activate your account." But they have already verified the account and it does not work.

Expected result

They would be able to log in and manipulate their listing correctly. Or even complete the claim they were in the middle of.

Here is a list of my plugins. I tried to disable as many as I could but the problem persists.

I had to turn off Email verification so, I am curious when you checked it how you were able to verify your email when the function is not on. Turning it on breaks the ability to register anything at all.

Please send more details about the issue, if there’s a bug we’ll fix it. Does enabling the email verification blocks the initial registration form, is there any error message or issues with delivering the email verification email?
