i have multiple times uploaded a profile image and a profile text on admin but after a few hours the text and profile image simply dissapear. on all other hosts, all is good, it is only admin

Could you please let us know whether the image and text were added on the frontend or on the backend? If they were added in the backend, could you confirm whether the text was added to the user or the vendor profile in the WordPress dashboard?
Once we are able to reproduce the issue on our side [if it turns out to be a bug], we will be able to provide a solution or a possible workaround.

image and text were added to the back end under host who is also admin. For other hosts who are not admin everything is fine,
Could you please confirm if, after adding the host’s info and image, you updated the user profile in any way? By default, the user’s information has higher priority than the vendor’s info and details. Please try adding all the required information to the admin on the frontend. This should resolve the issue, as it ensures that all details are associated with the user and not the host.
