Purchase Note & Requirements not working

For some reason, the purchase note and requirements have stopped working.

I speculate that I blocked the AJAX on my WordPress site?
can that be the issue?

If I remember correctly, the purchase note and the requirements shown to the user before the checkout?

I will attach screenshots. I’m just trying to narrow down the issue…

Hi.

Please note that the Purchase note field is displayed on the seller’s order page only when the order has received at least the processing status.
As for Requirments, they should be displayed on the checkout form.
