Hello. How to create that functionality: Host’s listing expire in a month and he need to purchase to republish it.

Also how to limit number of free listings per user?

This is possible through the Paid Listings extension, there is a paid renewal feature available there, but there are some minor issues with it now, so it does not work correctly, but we will fix it in the next update.
