Rating and Review for customer Profiles

Hello,

It would be fantastic to have a feature that allows vendors to rate and review customers. This functionality would be particularly useful for a Product Rental website, enabling vendors to establish trust with customers through positive ratings. Similar features are already in place on platforms like Uber and Airbnb.

Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, we understand that these reviews are important for two-sided marketplaces and we have this feature on the Reviews roadmap.
