Hope you all are doing well. I had purchased some HP themes and extensions before. I am in the process of using them. I imported reviews and was able to make them display on the listing page. However, the Rating value and Rating count that appears at the top, does not seem to change. What can I do to change that?

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
Also, please try rejecting one review and then approving it again, which will clear the cache.
