After submission users is being redirected to /submit-listing/package/
What’s even more odd the packages page seems to have another layer of the same content? (see highlighted)

Could you please share the link to the page? The issue may be caused by a long text string in the last row of the first column.
If we can take a look, we’ll be able to provide a CSS fix.

Why would this forward to this page after submission anyway?
Please make sure you are using only the Memberships plugin and not Paid Listings. Memberships was created as a replacement for Paid Listings, which will be deprecated soon. Using both plugins simultaneously may cause conflicts, as they share some restrictions [for example, restrictions on adding listings].
Please try adding Plans in the Memberships plugin, similar to how you added Packages in Paid Listings.
