Referencing Select Option Description via Format

Hi there - Is there a way to reference the description of a select option value in the format of the attribute?

What I am trying to do is create a hyperlink using the option value as the anchor text of the url and the description of the option to hold the actual url. Right now I am using two fields to do this (affiliation and affiliation url). This requires me to have the url at the listing level.

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation. But thanks for your suggestion, we’ll consider adding this feature.
