Refund link doesn't work

Hi guys! How are you?

I was testing the link refund and the test doesn’t worked.

When I testing the warning “Something went wrong” showed.

What can this?


This issue may occur because of 2 reasons:

  • The order payment method is not set (e.g. if the order is added manually)
  • WooCommerce can’t create a refund for some reason (e.g. it’s amount exceeds the current order amount, or the payment method doesn’t support refunds).

I can also debug this further if you send temporary access via email, and there’s an order that I can test.
