Regions not working

Hello,

Regions doesnt work corectly. I cant see new regions afetr creating new listing.

I have integration with google maps.

What kind of API interface i have to choose? i have these:

Geocoding API
Maps JavaScript API
Places API

is it correct?

Good afternoon,

I am using Rentalhive and I activated the geolocation with Google Maps and added Generate Regions automatically in Hivepress settings but it does not work.
Can you please tell me what the error may be?
I can make the search by countries, or by regions but these are not added if I create new listings.

Hi Andrii, I’ve already followed all the steps to configure Regions but it does not work.
I am using google maps.

Please try to create a Mapbox API key How to get a Mapbox API key - HivePress Help Center, add the key to the settings, and create or re-save the listing. If the regions are generated, then this is an issue on the part of Google Maps settings.

Hi Andrii, the adding of the regions is working with Mapbox but I do not want to use Mapbox. I want to use Google Maps. Can you please tell me what I should do about it in order to have it working fine? Please let me know. Many thanks in advance!

You just need to set up Google Maps using this documentation: How to get a Google Maps API key - HivePress Help Center. If the issue exists, we recommend using Mapbox, or if you still need Google Maps, then please consider hiring a freelancer to help.

Hi Andrii, I have already mentioned that I did installed Google Maps as specified in the documentation but Regions does not work correctly. I talked to a freelancer but they told me to talk to you as the configuration is done correctly and it seems to be a problem with the Regions functionality.
Maybe there were other similar cases and you can recommend what we should look for.
