Registration form does not work in Elementor pop-up

Hello,

I am using Elementor pop-ups to funnel my users. I’ve put the Hivepress registration form in the pop-up, but i’ve noticed that although the registration form appears and seems to be working, once i click on the registration button no users is made and i am not automatically logged in.

I have made a screen recording, but i can not share it here. I already have a workaround, but it would mean not using the pop-up.

Is there anything i can do? Thank you.

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately we don’t fully support Elementor yet, but if there’s a simple fix we can help. Please let me know if you get any error message or the Register button does nothing when you click it?

There is no error message, when i click the register button the form disappears, the form thus seems to be submitted, but it is not. No user is created and when i try to login an error message is returned: ‘Username or password is incorrect.’

Hi,

Unfortunately, we cannot help with this customization because there is a conflict with the Elementor script. I recommend disabling third-party plugins and customizations and checking that everything is working correctly.
