Registration form not working

I am using the shortcode [hivepress_user_register_form] on my WordPress site to allow users to register. However, registration is not working.

I noticed the following error in the console:

jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2 
POST https://globade.com/wp-json/hivepress/v1/users/ 400 (Bad Request)

My site is hosted on WordPress.com and is currently in maintenance mode. I have also tried disabling maintenance mode, but the registration still does not work.

Could you please guide me on how to fix this issue?

Hi,

Have you tried disabling third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) to see if the issue persists? Also, could you please clarify on which page you added the shortcode?
