Rejecting lisiting or processing refunds

It would be nice if we can reject a listing or request and also let the user or vendor know exactly why the listing or request was rejected. so they can know and make adjustment. maybe after rejecting, a textbox will be provided for the moderator to explain to the user why it was rejected via email.

  1. how can a vendor cancel a task after payments have been made by the user and how do the user get a refund?

  2. Unfortunately, the vendor can not cancel refunds. Only the website admin can do it from the WP dashboard
