Have been searching everywhere to find out where I remove this section of the home page.

Please share the steps to remove the testimonials section from the homepage.

You can remove this block in WP Dashboard > Pages > Home Page; please check this doc How to customize pages - HivePress Help Center

This doesn’t show how to remove blocks… only how to add / customize them.

Can you provide step by step instructions here please?

If you edit the Home page in WordPress/Pages, please click on the Testimonials block in the editor, then click “…” icon and select Remove, or simply press backspace.
