Requiring extra information to buyers

Hi there, I just discovered that all orders I received are missing one field: Requirements.

The exact case is: I created 2 fields in the Requirements section of a listing. The 1º is a single choice question and the 2º a text where users have to input a different address information.

Both fields are displayed correctly in the checkout step, but only works the 1º field. The 2º one, instead of returning me the info given by the user it return the description of the product.

I checked that in the Woocommerce/Orders/Order Notes section. Hope it helps.

Is it a know bug? Is it because of a individual configuration I have?
