Reset password not working

In experthive, during sign in when a user clicks on Forgot Password, Reset Password form opens. Thereafter the user enters email id and a link is sent to the user’s email id. When the user clicks on the link, the Dashboard opens with the user signed in. Now when the user goes to settings and tries to change the password, a message is displayed that Current Password is Required.

If the user knew the current password in the first place, then he wouldn’t have clicked on Forgot Password. The issue requires immediate resolution.

Please try to test in incognito mode, because on our side, when you click on the link that came to the mail, everything is displayed correctly, as you can see in the screenshot Awesome Screenshot
