Responsive Layout Broken on Desktop

Responsive Layout Broken on Desktop when changing window size

Steps to reproduce

This happens both on my own website which runs TaskHive theme, as well as the TaskHive demo.

When a window is small, the featured cards on homepage are correct size. However, when the window is maximized, the cards are very large and images are blurry.

When the window is maximized, the featured cards once again will be the correct size initally but when the window is made smaller the cards are condensed into a bunch of skinny ones.

Not sure if that makes sense but here is a screen recording demonstration of what’s going on:

Actual result

Incorrect card sizes when changing window size

Expected result

Cards should adjust size responsively no matter what the initial loading window size is

Hi,

It’s not fixed yet, but we’ll try to fix this as soon as possible. It occurs only if you load the website in portrait orientation and then rotate it to landscape (or vice versa), if someone browser the website after the loading then it should be ok (the slide width is calculated on load).

Hi Andrii,

I appreciate the response. Will an update for the theme be pushed once the issue is resolved?

Kind regards,
Tony

Yes, if you set the license key in settings the update will be delivered automatically (to the Dashboard/Updates section of WordPress).
