Restrict "list a service" button

Hello , i have the theme of expert hive and membership plan . I want to know how i can restrict the button “list a service”. I want that only the member of plan can add a new service.

If you want to restrict adding listings, you should use the free Paid Listings extension instead of the Memberships one.
