I have 4 membership plans.
In each of these plans I have the same page set in restrictions (woocommerce - my account). If the customer buys at least one of the plans, will this page be unblocked?
If it is included in every plan, does it mean that the customer has to buy into every plan?

If the page is selected at the plan level, it is enough to buy only this plan, you do not need to buy all plans. We recommend that you test the purchase of a plan by registering a new user and manually changing the order status to completed after purchasing the plan.
