Reversing Listing order + Adding "Profile" button

Hello.

I’m helping someone with a website which was built previously and the developer is no longer available, so apologies for my lack of knowledge or my terminology for sections is incorrect. I’ve been searching 100’s of posts but cannot find the precise detail or answer.

I need help with the following:

1. They want to reward those that have been listed the longest, the reverse of the current display which shows the most recent listings first.

2. They want to offer added highlighted links to the vendor page, so want to add a more visible button within the following area:

…how can this be done?

I can liaise further and thanks again in advance for your time.

PS. It’s likely the website needs a re-design in the future so it would be recommended that the owner pays to receive priority support!
