  1. Can buyers rate and review, requests and personal request?
  2. Can sellers get ratings and reviews by doing requests and personal requests?

Hi,

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature in the current version. Reviews are available only for listings.
The vendor rating is the average rating of its listings.
