Reviews appear after being deleted; the message button is missing from the Expert block

I have added the teachers and their listings to my website.

1.I deleted all the reviews, cleared my browser cache, wordpress cache, created a new review and unapproved it, yet still see reviews for Diego Carillo and Marc Fan. Is there a way to delete this? Based off my research I think it could be caused by Loco Translate.

2. There should be a messaging button underneath the teacher, but it is missing. Do not know what could be causing this, maybe the same cacheing issue?

Please send temporary WordPress access to support@hivepress.io, and we’ll investigate the issue (please send only the link, without login credentials and password). You can create a temporary access link using this plugin. As a workaround, it’s always better to create new vendors if you have edited the imported ones. We also recommend linking each vendor profile to a separate user account. In some cases, all vendor profiles may be linked to you as you’re the admin.

If the messages are installed and activated, please ensure that the ‘Restrict reviews to buyers’ option is disabled in HivePress > Settings > Orders > Reviews.
