Reviews Block does not show in home page

Hello, I have a problem with reviews.
Basically, I want to display the best reviews from users (sellers) on the homepage.
However, when I insert the reviews module, it doesn’t show any reviews, even though they are present in the WordPress database and were submitted via the HivePress extension.
I would like to know if I made a mistake, and if so, how it can be fixed.

Hi,

Please make sure that the Reviews extension is installed and activated. If you haven’t yet installed the demo version, I recommend that you do so using this document: How to import TaskHive demo content - HivePress Help Center, then this block will be automatically displayed on the homepage as in the demo version.
Alternatively, you can add this block manually using this document: How to customize pages - HivePress Help Center

We reinstalled the plug-in, and now during editing, some reviews are shown (like a preview). However, when I publish the page, an empty space remains. How can we solve this problem?

We can reinstall the entire theme and demo version for you. But please note that all previous changes will be deleted.
