Reviews Block does not show in home page

Actual result

The reviews on my site are inconsistently displayed. Sometimes they appear as expected, while other times they do not show at all. This issue seems to occur randomly, and I cannot pinpoint the cause.

Expected result

The reviews should always be visible consistently across the site, especially on the product pages or wherever they are supposed to be displayed.
