Searching by Continent

Hi there,

We have a global marketplace with listings from all around the world. We are using geo-location with auto-generated regions and this is all working well.

From a global perspective it would make sense to allow people to conduct searches based on Continent. European users can easily buy/sell between their countries. They are often closer together than states in the USA with simple shipping options.

Is searching by Continent an option in HivePress? From my understanding of the functionality and research I cannot see any way to enable this functionality.

Thanks for getting back to me. When you say a custom-implementation… is this essentially enlisting a developer who can customize our installation by writing code to meet our requirements?

Or are you suggesting there’s some way we can customise our current implementation with features/plugins/options to achieve the requirement?

Unfortunately, there is no simple solution for this using other services.
