Security deposit

Hello,

Is there a way to charge security deposit without getting charged the transaction fees unless I actually charge the security deposit? Like a way te retain the security deposit and if no damage is made, I can return the deposit so in that way I don’t pay transaction fees for nothing.

Any plugin I can use?
