Select2 issue on submit listing page

When on the submit listing page, the select2 javascript is making my html and body a height of 800 pixels and when I click a radio button, it immediate scrolls to the bottom of the page,

The issue does not seem to happen when logged in as WordPress admin.

I fixed this issue by making sure there was no overflow-x hidden value in the css on the body.
