Can all communication between host and customer go to admin?
There’s no such option at the moment, but as a site admin you can monitor all the messages.
Can you then auto hide/conceal number and email to chat from owner and guest so that they wont do the booking outside our website?
You can add a block list of words or word parts to prevent sharing contact details via messages, and avoid adding direct contact attributes (e.g. phone number). Also, it’s possible to enable messaging only when the booking is paid.
