Set attribute value on listing submit

Hi

How could I programmatically (using hook) set a custom attribute value when submitting listing with some combined values from other custom attributes that the user has entered in the insert/update form?

For example user inputs something in apartment_type and floor and the snippet code combines those values in another attribute that is hidden in the front end but will be shown on block secondary and page secondary.
