Set dynamic title for block template

Hi, I’m trying to put a dynamic title for the blocks I’ve placed in my linsting page template.

I tried using the filter suggested here, but the title doesn’t appear.

The affected blocks are:

related_listings_container
listing_description

What am I doing wrong?
