Regarding the notification email when there is a message, is there a button for each user to stop the message?

If you mean a button disabling email notifications when a user receives messages. Unfortunately, there’s no such button, but you can overwrite email events in HivePress > Emails (How to customize emails - HivePress Help Center) and leave it blank, then no notifications will be received.
