Show featured listings by attribute

Hello

At the moment, featured listings in Hivepress show on the home listing page. Would it be possible to show the featured listing for specific attributes, like say show a featured car sale ad for cars for sale category in its specific location? Otherwise at the moment, the featured listing show no matter what the search term is. Someone could be searching for second hand televisions in location A but the featured ad shows new cars in location B and is irrelevant.

Related listings are displayed by location, displaying by attributes will require custom implementation, as this version does not have such a feature.
