Show only city while using MapBox

I am using Mapbox and everything is working fine. Is there a way to NOT create counties? I would only like city, state, country .

Please note that we receive location data automatically from MapBox or Google Maps via the API, and we do not affect the display in any way. To make such changes, you will most likely need custom integration.
