Show user image instead of icon in the account link

I want to change the user icon to the user profile photo is any way?

I saw that is possible with tweaks but how?

Please share more details about the issue, do you mean replacing the user placeholder image or icon in the site header? Replacing icon in header is possible with a simple CSS snippet, but changing the image placeholder (it also shows the user icon) requires customizations via a child theme.
