Slow loading - registration, login etc

Hello!
We’ve installed your theme TaskHive with all of the required plugins. We’re facing issues with loading time, in example when account is being created, the loader just keeps spinning and the loading time takes over a minute.
All of the similar functions, in example login, post a request takes very long.

P.s Yes, we’ve installed elementor but it’s used only on couple of pages and it shouldn’t be the cause of our issue, our is it?

Hi,

It all depends on many things, such as hosting provider, customizations, plugins, and content. Please check this topic if you need more info Site loading speed too low. Any tips or tricks to improve loading speed?

But the thing here is,the site itself is fast - in example, pages are loading very quickly, but the functionality aspect is slow.
In example registration, after clicking “Register” it takes ages.

Hi,

We checked this issue from our side, and it seems okay. After clicking on register, the action took just 2 seconds. Please try using a different device or a different internet connection.

This is happening with me, too. And my hosting has a lot of resources. It’s definitely not a hosting issue. Also happening with all plugins disabled except HivePress. Tried on different devices and networks.

[EDIT]: I figured it out. It was hanging up due to the mailer not working properly and the fact that the registrations need to be verified via email. I installed WP Mail SMTP and set up Brevo as a third party emailer. Now my emails work, and the registration process took 2 seconds just like it should.
