I am trying to test booking payments in my marketplace website but since yestarday I am not able to complete the process. When I click on the button “Pay Now” I receive a message as “Something went wrong”. This happens with new listings I upload, but not with existing ones.
I’ve updated the plugin yesterday but I really don’t know if the problems comes because of he plugin update or because I’ve changed the checkout page from using woocomm blocks to the standard one using shortcode.
I’ve checked the Woo Comm - Settings- Logs and saw an error which I copied to the AIchat and received the following reply:
“The error message you provided seems to indicate an issue with the HivePress Marketplace plugin in WordPress. The error occurs in the file order-status.php on line 5, where there’s a call to the get_status() method on a null object.”
Can you please help me to fix this? Is it a problem from my side or a bug from your side?
Please navigate to WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > and click Create pages opposite Create default WooCommerce pages.
Please edit this listing (either on the front-end or back-end) and re-save it, setting the Price. This should generate a hidden product for a listing (or package\request), and the checkout redirect should be okay.
If this issue exists, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

I have some doubts about how ecomm plugin and hivepress listings are working.
If I add a new listing, this should appear automatically on the listing page? Is there any difference between booking listings and product listings?
I see diferences in the products page from ecomm and listing page from hivepress. How is the process of adding different types of services to the webpage? All of them should automatically go to the listing page or not? On the other hand, when adding a new listing, this is automatically added as a product to woocomm or should I also add the listing manually ?
I thought maybe the new added listings do not work because I should add them to woocomm?
