Speed up search and filter operations

How to speed up search and filter operations if there is 10000 + listings.

I am already excluding certain filter queries from litespeed cache to avoid wrong results but it will slow down the filter operations. Can you please guide me on how we can optimise search and filter queries when we have too many listings.
