I keep finding that my listing’s Statistics data is missing. Then I find that the Google Analytics permissions have been removed in the HivePress Integration Settings. So I have to delete the info, save, copy info back in, grant access and save again. Is there something that I am doing that would cause the integration to disconnect?
This may be related to caching or other URL-specific settings, if you granted a permission then the access token should be refreshed automatically once expired. Also, please make sure that you’re using UA (Universal Analytics) property, we don’t support GA4 properties yet.
