Hi,
Your request is related to a premium product. Please add the license key to the account settings to access forums for your purchased products and get the Premium Support badge on your profile.
Hi,
Thanks for adding the license key.
If you purchased two extensions within a single order, the license key is the same, but it’s valid for two websites.
It may take up to 24 hours for the statistics to start showing. Please give it a bit of time, and if the issue persists, let us know, we’ll help troubleshoot further.
After a week still my stats plugin not recording views on the listings, kindly assist .
Hi,
Please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io with the link to this topic, and we’ll check it (please send only the link, without login and password). You can create a temporary access link using this plugin.
Could you please check the button in HivePress Settings > Integrations > Google Analytics? It should show either “Grant Access” or “Revoke Access”, it should be showing “Revoke Access” if the account is connected.
If it shows “Revoke Access,” please make sure that the Google account you linked through that button actually has access to the Google Analytics property whose Property ID is entered in the Integrations settings.
This error typically occurs when one Google account is connected via the button, but that account doesn’t have access to the Analytics property itself. For example, this can happen if the Property ID belongs to a company Analytics account, but a personal Google account was linked instead.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for the details.
The issue here is that you’re trying to connect a different Google account. App verification isn’t required if the developer (the Google account you blurred in the second screenshot) is using the app themselves, verification and approval are only needed if you’re collecting data from external users.
It appears you created credentials/Google Analytics in one Google account, but when you try to grant access, your primary account is probably different, so they don’t match. You need to use the same Google account for Google Analytics and all API credentials as the one you use to grant access.
Make sure you’re logged into the correct Google account when granting access, it should be the same account where you set up Google Analytics and created the API credentials.
Let me know if this helps.
