I’d like to propose a small quality-of-life improvement for the Settings > Integrations tab in HivePress.
Right now, managing Stripe keys requires swapping them out manually when testing. Could we consider adding native support for both live and test environments? Specifically:
- Dual Key Fields: Dedicated fields for both Live Keys (Publishable/Secret) and Test Keys (Publishable/Secret).
- Clear Labels: Explicit labeling to easily distinguish between the Live and Test fields.
- Mode Switch: A simple dropdown or toggle switch to tell HivePress which set of keys to use (Live Mode vs. Test Mode).
This would save a ton of time during development and troubleshooting. Right now, switching modes means we either have to generate new keys every time or store them somewhere else, which obviously isn’t recommended for security.
Many thanks as always for the amazing plugin. I hope this is something that can make it into the core version sometime soon!
