I’m trying to purchase an additional listing but when I click on Claim Listing in the modal, I get the following error message, “You’ve already submitted a claim.”
This business is in fact, unclaimed, so I guess my user account will allow let me claim one listing? How do I correct that?

One user account can create a claim for any unverified listing.
Also, you will not be able to claim a listing if you already have an application for it.
That’s not what’s happening here. I’m attempting to claim listings for business I’ve never attempted to claim and I’m getting the error.
