I am going to switch from ExpertHive to ListingHive theme. Will the pages outside of the directory and listings remain such as my home page, about page, contact page, etc.?

​No, changing themes won’t delete any pages you’ve already created, though you may notice some visual differences in how certain elements are displayed afterward.
​For extra peace of mind, you can take a backup of your website beforehand just in case.
​Please note that any custom CSS code placed under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS will likely be wiped, so you should make a copy of that at a bare minimum to avoid losing your tweaks.
You may also find that you need to slightly adjust some of that existing CSS classes to match the class names used by the new theme.
