Is it possible to have tag extensions for vendors that work similarly to listing tags?
The problem with using a public selectable attribute as a workaround is that you cannot have a meta title or description or an SEO-friendly url. It would be nice to have a tag extension for vendors.
I agree with the suggestion and strongly recommend to have tags for vendors.
Thanks for your suggestion, there’s no such feature yet but we’ll consider adding it. There may be a temporary workaround for SEO-friendly URLs if you enable public pages for the selectable attribute you created.
Okay, I see how to do it. I go to Permalinks and there I can create the attribute url. Thank you. That works great!
