as mentioned in this link , there is no way to customize the Select Package page (https://…/submit-listing/package).
Our website offers quite some packages, and the styling of the default generated template is quite simple and does not integrate well with our design. We just adapted it slightly with CSS.
It would be nice if a Hivepress Template for the packages page is added in the next updates. Or at least a possibility in the Hivepress settings to redirect to a custom made Packages page (like you can select a Listings page as well).
