Hello! I’m using the Request Extension and Membership Extension to allow vendors to send offers to users based on an interval of time membership. I’m offering a free option initially, I created a free plan for requests page, and left the woocommerce product empty so it says “free” and doesn’t process through checkout. But, in testing if I select the plan and it says it’s active. But, when I try to interact with the requests I get the prompt that a membership is required and to select a plan. If I check the membership page on the front end, it says it is active. Please advise. Thanks.

Please make sure you set up your plan before selecting (buying) a plan, as the settings are applied only to new plans.
