as i am selecting the checkbox or user selecting checkbox whole form is diappering its basic check box i created can you help me why its happening it major error please respond fast it causing so much problem thanking you
its happening in evry checkboxes , select , radio buttons as user i selecting above 5 option its full form is visible then if i select below the lsit option the whole form disappering
listing vendor form , lisiting form is not working not able to select checkboxses , radio button is not selecting after selecting i aaded 30+ lsit from wish vendor can select option but as user selecting below option whole form is disappering .
